What areas do you service?
We provide in-home physiotherapy across the Mornington Peninsula and South-East Melbourne suburbs, including Mornington, Mount Eliza, Frankston, Rosebud, Sorrento, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Narre Warren and more. If your suburb isn’t listed, feel free to contact us—we may still be able to help.
How does home physiotherapy work?
A registered physiotherapist comes to your home fully equipped. During your first visit, we assess your needs and develop a customised care plan. Over time, sessions are adjusted based on your progress and goals.
Who can benefit from in-home physiotherapy services?
Our services are ideal for individuals recovering from surgery (e.g. hip or knee replacements), stroke survivors, those with neurological or cardiac conditions, clients with mobility challenges, and those using NDIS or Home Care Package funding.
Do you support NDIS and Home Care Package participants?
Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider and also accept Home Care Package referrals and funding arrangements. Our services can also be accessed through Medicare Chronic Disease Management plans or privately.
Do I need a referral to use your services?
Typically, you don’t need a referral, especially if you’re self-funding or using NDIS or a Home Care Package. However, referrals can be arranged by support coordinators, GPs, or package providers if needed.
What types of in-home physiotherapy do you offer?
We deliver a broad range of programs, including:

What can I expect during a therapy session?
Sessions usually include:

Are travel fees added to your services?
No. There are no additional travel fees for in-home visits. You receive quality care in your home at no extra cost.
How quickly can I start physio?
How do I make a referral or book a session?
For NDIS or Home Care Package participants, referrals can be made using our online form. For private, Medicare, or self-funded sessions, simply contact us via phone (03 8609 6415), email (office@peninsulahomephysio.com.au), or use our online inquiry form
