Our founder
Sandeep Nair, founder and director of Peninsula Home Physio, has over 15 years of experience in physiotherapy, working with seniors and individuals living with disabilities.
After working in private practice for nearly a decade, Sandeep noticed a gap in community-based physiotherapy services and started Peninsula Home Physio to help people stay mobile and independent at home.
Driven by a personal approach to care, Sandeep built the business with one guiding principle in mind: “If this was my family member, what support would I offer them?”
His goal is to offer the kind of care that he would want for his own loved ones—physio that enhances quality of life and empowers individuals to stay active and engaged with their families and communities.
Since its beginnings as a side project, Peninsula Home Physio has grown into a full-time service dedicated to providing personalised, compassionate care that makes a real difference.
