More about Peninsula Home Physio

Since 2017, Peninsula Home Physio has been a trusted provider of home physiotherapy services for people living on the Mornington Peninsula and in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs.

After working in private practice for about eight years, Peninsula Home Physio’s founder and director Sandeep Nair started the business with a desire to support seniors and people living with disability.

“We offer our services with this simple question in mind: If this was my mum or dad or grandparent, what support would I offer them so they can continue to lead a happy and meaningful life?”

With the rise of Commonwealth-supported programs designed to help seniors lead a quality life at home, Sandeep realised there were gaps in the community physiotherapy sector.

Peninsula Home Physio started as a side project to his private practice work but expanded to become a full-time business that continues to grow.

“We love working with seniors and people with disabilities. We’ll listen to your concerns and what you want to get out of physio, whether that’s improving your mobility so you can go to a café with friends, developing skills to increase your independence, or creating a safe environment so you can continue living at home for as long as possible. Every journey starts with a single step, and we’ll always dig deeper to see what else we can do to support you.”
