Funding, Fees & Pricing

NDIS

Peninsula Home Physio is a registered NDIS provider, and we see people with self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed funding. The NDIS also funds a range of assistive equipment that can help you achieve your goals and do what’s important to you. We can organise this for you.

If you’ve been approved for treatment under the NDIS or are NDIS-eligible, please get in touch.

Home Care Packages

Peninsula Home Physio works alongside home care package coordinators and case managers to provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services for older adults living in Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. We work with people who have all levels of home care package funding.

We partner with community package providers to design treatment goals and plans that help our clients live rich, meaningful lives in their homes and communities.

Self-funded

You can also pay privately for our physiotherapy services. Rebates are available if you have appropriate private health cover. The amount of your rebate will depend on your fund and cover level. Contact your private health insurer to find out more about rebates in your situation.

Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans

Peninsula home Physio are happy to see people with Chronic Disease Management plans from their doctor. We’ll ask you to pay for your consultation in full and then claim back your Medicare rebate.

How payment works

After you’ve seen the physio, our admin team will send you an invoice. For your convenience, you can pay using your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or via direct deposit through our secure payment portal.
